Cancellation Policy

BigImage.in operates a high-speed, automated micro-transaction architecture. Because our cloud infrastructure provisions GPU resources in milliseconds, the window for user-initiated cancellations is strictly limited. Please review our comprehensive cancellation terms below.

1. Cancellation of Active Processing Jobs

• No Manual Intervention: Once a user initiates an upload and successfully authorizes payment (either via Wallet auto-deduction or direct checkout), the job is immediately queued and locked into our computing cluster. Active jobs cannot be manually cancelled or paused by the user.
• System-Initiated Cancellations: BigImage.in reserves the right to automatically cancel any job that violates our payload limits, exceeds maximum processing timeouts (typically 300 seconds), or contains flagged/malicious file signatures. In such events, no charges will be levied, and any deducted wallet amount will be auto-reversed.
• Stuck Jobs: In the rare instance of a catastrophic server fault where a job remains in a "Queued" or "Processing" state for over 2 hours without completion, the job is deemed "stuck." Users may open a support ticket to have the job manually terminated by our administrators, yielding a full wallet refund.

2. User-Initiated Account Cancellation

You reserve the right to cancel and terminate your BigImage.in account at any time.

• Process: Account cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@bigimage.in from your registered email address.
• Forfeiture of Data & Funds: Upon account cancellation, all active sessions are immediately revoked. Your operational dashboard will be disabled, and any remaining Wallet Balance will be permanently forfeited. We do not provide cash payouts for unused wallet credits upon account closure.
• Data Erasure: Following cancellation, your profile data is anonymized. However, transactional and billing ledgers are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Indian taxation and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

3. Platform-Initiated Account Termination

Webdigitronix Softlabs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, disable, or permanently cancel your account and API access without prior notice or refund under the following circumstances:

• Abuse of Infrastructure: Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI engines, exploiting platform bugs, or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen credit cards, filing fraudulent chargebacks, or exploiting wallet vulnerabilities.
• Content Violations: Uploading illegal, non-consensual, explicit, or highly restricted material that violates local or international laws.

4. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or deprecate specific AI services, models, or pricing tiers at our sole discretion. In the event a service is entirely discontinued, any jobs currently processing under that service will be allowed to complete, or cancelled with a full wallet refund.
