1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BigImage.in ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BigImage.in provides AI-powered digital file processing, including but not limited to photo enhancement, background removal, document cleanup, OCR extraction, and PDF generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice.

3. Wallet Credits & Payments

Our platform operates on a pre-paid wallet credit and direct-checkout system processed securely via Razorpay.

• Top-ups: Funds added to the BigImage Wallet are non-transferable and can only be used for platform services.
• Auto-Deduction: If sufficient wallet balance is available, the platform may auto-deduct the required job cost upon your authorization.
• Refunds: If an AI processing job fails due to a server or engine error, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your BigImage wallet ledger. Unused wallet funds are generally non-refundable to your original payment method unless required by law.

4. File Storage & 24-Hour Auto-Delete Policy

To protect user privacy and minimize server load, BigImage.in implements a strict data retention policy:

• All uploaded source files and processed output files (ZIPs, PDFs, Images) are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers exactly 24 hours after job completion.
• It is your sole responsibility to download your processed files within this 24-hour window. We cannot recover expired files.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to upload, process, or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to ban accounts violating this policy immediately and without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

BigImage.in and its parent company, Webdigitronix Softlabs Pvt. Ltd., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
