3. Strict Data Retention & Deletion

We operate on a "Privacy First" processing model. We do not retain your uploaded files or the processed results.

All source files and processed outputs stored in your unique Job Directories are programmed to automatically and permanently delete from our hardware exactly 24 hours after job completion. We do not use your private uploads to train our public AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We use third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) to process financial transactions securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; these are handled directly by the gateway in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
